Mark Aldred
I’m a BA, Dip Ed, MA holder, born in Normanton Australia. I moved to Hong Kong in 2000. In 2013 My Rorschach Walls project showed at The Peak and got written up in Arts of Asia, Cup, The HK. Standard, Jetsetter and Silvershotz. Starship China was done for MFA from RMIT, exhibited in the HK Arts Centre got a 5 page spread in the 2017 Silvershotz Annual.
What motivates you to be an artist?
I like to depict things
Why is art important to you?
Because of the tension during creation and the sense of relief when I finish a piece
